What is M2 Core Plus?

M2 CORE +  what you haven't heard about us? Lagree fitness is sweeping the nation and you are about to discover why!  We're a boutique fitness studio that offers a total body workout in just 45-minutes! With a max of 10 people per class exercises are performed on a patented MEGAFORMER NOT a Reformer!  By using slow and controlled full body moventments with constant tension, we target your slow twitch muscle fibers to faluire. This low impact process forcess your muscles to rebuild an even stronger, sculpted more toned you!  Each workout is unique so everytime you come in  its impossible for your body to plateau or stop responding.   M2 CORE + combines the best of both: strengthening and toning benefits of weight training and the lengthening and postural enhancing benefits of Pilates in a circuit training sequence. M2 CORE + keeps the heart rate up and burns extra calories. Depending on your fitness level you can expect to burn 500 to 700 calories in a single class! Support of the Megaformer eliminates pressure on the joints and the spine which in turn eliminates extra stress on the body.

I've never done any exerice before, can I do this? 
We're SUPER stoked you're considering getting into the best shape of your LIFE and that you chose us! M2C+ is a very efficient and effective way to burn fat and build muscle. The class is definitely challenging, and if you haven't worked out in a long time, or even ever, you will have to take breaks more frequently in class but, don't worry it's alright.  There is no pressue to keep up, your working towards becoming a pro. We offer private and semi-private sessions and it's a great place to start if you want to up your game from the beginning!  Please email us @ m2coreplus@gmail.com for more details. I am really FIT will this workout challenge me?
You bet it will! Because our method at M2 CORE + focus is on pushing slow-twitch muscle fibers to failure, you'lll feel an intensity like you've NEVER did before and those muscles get longer, leaner and stronger! You’re going to get shaky and sweaty and LOVE the way you feel  after class!

What should I bring or wear in class?
With our busy lives this is your chance and your time to focus on you! The workout is an opportunity to have a goal and work towards it!  Have fun and let everything else go! We'll have fun together and to help you reach your fitness goals too!
• Wear clothes that are comfortable to workout in and help your skin to breathe 
• *Water and a towel ( we do offer water bottles available for purchase in the studio)
• Jewerly is NOT a good idea.
• NO cell phones during classes-this is only a 45 minute class..let it be all about you! • NO strong perfumes or cologne please
• Your CC is on file and necessary to reserve your spot in class and for the cancellation policy, so cash is not necessary to bring unless you prefer to not make your payment online.
• Grip socks are required for safety and sanitary reasons. Available at the studio for purchase. You will get 10% off your first pair.

How often should I take classes?
The LAGREE method is designed to work the body to muscle fatigue at which point your body needs to rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you'll need maybe more or less time to recover. We recommend at least 3-4 times a week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. But some clients love the workout so much that they come 5 or 6 times a week. Listen to your body, it knows best!

How soon can I expect to see any results?
Everybody is different but, as an average if you're attending classes at least 3 times a week, you will begin to see and feel some change by the end of week 2 and you’ll notice a big difference after 30 days.  It takes comminment and a healthy lifestyle to see change!

What is your Cancealltion Policy?

Due to the limited spaces we have available, you can change or cancel your class up to 12-hours prior to class start, the class goes back onto your account for later use. If you late cancel inside the 12 hour time frame, you will lose that class. If you sign-up (any member) and then NO SHOW to that scheduled class it is a $20 charge. We cannot give refunds for any classes that you miss- just think of it as extra motivation! If you have a monthly unlimited pass and you late cancel it’s a $15 charge to your account and $20 for any NO SHOW. 

Even if it’s your first time, we absolutely require an 12-hour cancellation notice before making any kind of changed to your schedule. This must be done through our on-line system to avoid these late charges.

Can I drop in?
Our drop-in rate is $25. If you are a first time client and you drop in and have not signed up online for the $5 class, you will be charged the $25 drop in rate. We cannot guarantee a spot will be available in class. We STRONGLY recommend online sign-up whenever possible.

I have questions or Need help scheduling class?

We are available by Phone or Email: M-F 9-6pm Sat.-Sun. 9-12pm
Studio times vary, but if you would like to meet in person we can arrange that with you please give us a call so we can schedule a day/time with you.
